Modern Warfare 2. It’s almost guaranteed to be the #1 selling game of the year, and likely one of all time. There has been very little information released. We do know that the game takes place a few years after CoD 4, and the character, likely Soap, will fight against more Russian terrorists in many locations. It is said that it is ‘wide open and has lot’s of variety” but a similar, linear, story story line will return as well. The single-player campaign will be longer this time around. As far as co-op, there will only be in special forces mode (think “mile high club” in CoD 4). The latest edition of Game Informer features some nice screen shots as well. Remember how good those graphics were in CoD 4. Well they will be even better in this game. And if any of you are wondering about the enemy-re-spawning issues don’t worry, infinity ward has got you covered, as they’re working on a fix. The first gameplay trailer is posted below and the first “real” trailer will be during the Eastern Conference finals March 24.
